Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Tickets may be exchanged with more than 48 hours notice by contacting the box office.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The Palace Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
